Housekeeping Issues

The following are a couple of housekeeping issues that we would like to address for our weekly meetings.

Use of cell phones during speaker presentations:

Our speakers take time out of their day to present to the club a topic that is important to them and hopefully important to you.   Out of courtesy and respect to our speakers, we would like club members to refrain from using their cell phones during presentations to check e-mail or other topics.   25 minutes per week not on your cell phone is not a lot to ask and our speakers would be appreciative of your attention.    If you really need to be on your cell phone, we would like to ask that you leave the meeting area.

Meeting start time

As a reminder, meeting time is from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM. The call to order will start promptly at 7:45 AM.   This means you need to get breakfast starting no later than 7:40.   If you would like to socialize, please come a little bit early.   Members continue to come in late which forces delays in start time.
