Our Team is thrilled to support the VA Hospital for our service project and we invite everyone in the Club to support this endeavor. There are several ways, with little effort, that you can support our Veterans who have served America:
- Visit patients and/or full-time residents at the VA Hospital on your schedule. While this sounds intimidating, it’s not. The impact is so much more than the time spent.
- Donate one-time use toiletries for homeless vets. Clean out those hotel freebies and samples that you have stashed in your guest bath!
- Donate paperback books (no hard covers, unfortunately) and magazines for waiting rooms and senior living residents.
- Donate any items worthy of resale to Lowcountry Women Veterans Garage Sale scheduled for April 29.
